With so many people struggling through this winter season with sickness I thought I would add a little note about how to best boost your immune system to fight.
One thing that most people don't realise is the impact that simple sugar can have on your immune system function. These are sugars that are not just in confectionary but even been found things like natural sugar from honey and oranges has a similar effect. With this in mind, if you want to keep your immune system healthy to stay away from an infection, or to fight one-off, ensure that you keep sugar intake low.
Other tips to help your immune response include drinking plenty of water, get fresh air and sunshine every day, get plenty of sleep and eat great nutritious food.
