Iām highly proficient in diversified manual adjusting as well as low-force techniques (TRT), and am trained in both SOT and AK.
Iām a certified Craniosacral Therapist (Upledger Institute), and have worked extensively with babies (NIP/Inspiral) and expecting mums.Ā

As a chiropractor over the past 24+ years I have pursued many areas of interest and passion. Some of the core areas include:

- Neurodevelopment - the beauty of the development of the baby's brain and how this drives all future learning, growth and development.Ā
- Health and Wellness - factors that can contribute to a life of greater health and vitality (without the weird).Ā Ā
- Personal Growth and Development -Ā helpingĀ peopleĀ to getĀ unstuck and find the strategy and courage to live a life of purpose and meaning.Ā
- Self-Discovery -Ā walking people through a process of uncovering who they truly are (their true identity) and coming to a place of self-love and internal peace.Ā
Background
I have been a practising chiropractor since 2000 (BSc, MChiro), and a certified craniosacral therapist since 2013 (CST - Upledger).Ā
One of my drivingĀ beliefs in practice has been the idea that learning facilitates change. As such, I have placed a high emphasis on becoming an excellent communicator of the chiropractic message.
I haveĀ given talksĀ and presentations to audiences on a large scale (corporate) and small scale (mothers groups) for many years.
In 2016, I completedĀ training to a Master Coaching level and am in the process of finalising certification (International Coaching Federation - PCC).Ā
